Payment Information 

The Participation Fee covers:
  • The Registration Fee
  • 5 days (5 nights, 6 days) of accomodation
  • All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and coffee breaks
  • Transportation to social events

The Participation Fee:

Early Registration Period (December 10, 2010 - January 15, 2010) is closed!              

Normal Registration Period (Januray 16, 2010 - February 17, 2010):           
  • TL 300 (EUR 150, USD 220) 

Participation Fee must be paid in full once the application has been made.

Your payment will be REFUNDED fully if your application is rejected.

Our association and/or organisation is not responsible if the applicants in need of Turkish Visa fail to obtain the necessary permission/document or if the applicants withdraw their applications. The payments in such scenarios WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

 

Payment Deadline

The deadline for the payment of the Participation Fee for all applicants is February 22, 2010.

Note that payments need to be made net of all bank charges and other transfer costs, meaning that the full participation fee must be received by our association, regardless of any extra transfer fees charged by your bank.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1) Please CLEARLY indicate the APPLICANT'S and the applicant's ORGANIZATION NAME in your transaction. It is not possible for MUNTR 2010 Organization Team to match your payments if the abovementioned information is lacking. 

2) Payment Details/Description for the transaction should be as follows:

For International Payments: "MUNTR 2010 Conference Participation Fee" and the applicants' organization name.

For National (Turkish) Payments: "MUNTR 2010 Konferansı Katılım Ücreti" and the applicants' organization name.
