The Participation Fee MUST BE TRANSFERRED until February 22, 2010!

 

1. Individual Application:

If you would like to participate in MUNTR 2010 as an individual delegate please fill out this form. This form is for the GA (including Exploratory) Committees and Security Council only.

 

Deadlines for Individual Applications:

 

Early Registration Period:  December 10,2010-January 15,2010
Normal Registration Period: January 15,2010- February 17,2010

 

Fees: Please check out the Fees page for more information about conference fees.

 

Procedure:

- Fill out the Individual Application Form.
- Pay the conference fee in 5 business days following your application according to the directions in the Payment Section.
- Fill out the Travel and Accommodation Form when notified by e-mail.

 

 

2. Delegation Application:

If you would like to participate in MUNTR 2010 as a team of more than 1 (one) delegate, please fill out this form.

Note that there will be a committee breakdown form (Academic Form) sent to all of the head delegates with the assignment of countries.

Therefore, participants who would like to enroll in Special Committees MUST APPLY SEPERATELY by filling out a Special Committee Application Form.

The Delegation Application form is for the GA(including Exploratory) Committees and Security Council only.

- Pay the conference fee in 5 business days following your application according to the directions in the Payment Section.
- Fill out the Academic Form when notified by e-mail.
- Fill out the Travel and Accommodation Form when notified by e-mail.

(Please note that the delegate quota for high schools is restricted to 15 delegates. This number may be subject to alteration after academic consideration by the conference Secretariat.)

 

 

3. Special Committee Application:

 If you would like to participate in MUNTR 2010 as an individual participant in Special Committees please fill out this form.

Early Registration Period:  December 10,2010-January 15,2010
Normal Registration Period: January 15,2010- February 17,2010

Procedure:

- Fill out the Special Committee Application Form.
- Pay the conference fee following the directions in the acceptance letter sent by the MUNTR 2010 Organization Team via e-mail. The payment options can be seen in Payment. DO NOT pay the conference fee before you receive an acceptance letter from our organization.
- Fill out the Travel and Accommodation Form when notified by e-mail.

 

4. Committee Director Application:

Deadline for Committee Director Applications: January 10,2010.

Procedure:

- Fill out the Committee Director Application Form.
- If you are accepted, make your payment according to the directions in the Payment section. 
- Fill out the Travel and Accommodation Form when notified by e-mail.

 

 

5. Press Team Application:

Deadline for Press Team Applications: February 15,2010.

- Fill out the Press Team Application Form.
- If you are accepted, make your payment according to the directions in the Payment section. 
- Fill out the Travel and Accommodation Form when notified by e-mail.
