The Participation Fee covers:

Five days of accomodation in the luxurious 5 star hotel, Le Chateau de Prestige!
(from Monday 09:00 A.M to Saturday 12:00 P.M)

All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and coffee breaks

Transportation to social events
The Participation Fee is:
- Early Registration Period is closed on January 15,2010.
- TL 300 (EUR 150, USD 220) for each participation during the Normal Registration Period from January 16, 2010 to February 17, 2010.
- Committee directors will be paying a special discounted conference fee that will cover 6 days of accommodation. More details on this will be given by the Secretariat upon admission.
Extra Accomodation:
- An extra fee of 50 TL (EUR 25, USD 37) should be paid per person, for every extra night of accomodation in Le Chateau de Prestige. This offer is effective for the 3 days before the conference starts and 3 days after the conference ends.
