Rules of Procedure
All participants of the MUNTR conferences are subject to rules of procedure both during committee proceedings and other side events of the conference. The above-mentioned rules of procedure, although tailored specifically for MUNTR, like most other university level conferences, are mainly based on those of the Harvard WorldMUN conference.

Position Papers
Delegates participating in MUNTR 2009, are required to prepare Position Papers before coming to the conference.
Position Papers are an essential part of your research regarding your committee topics and your country’s policies.
Please read the
Position Paper Guideline document carefully. You will realize that it will assist you through basic steps to write position paper.
Deadline for submitting your Position Papers to your respective Committee Directors is 21st February.
