Organization Team
The organization of MUNTR conferences are carried out by two separate yet closely interacting contingents, which together make up the Organization Team.
The Organizational Contingent is responsible for a variety of tasks that are involved in the conference organization, including budget management, arrangements for the conference center and delegate acommodations, media and public relations, communications and information technologies, etc. Various directors carry out each major task, under the coordination and supervision of the Director General.
Academic tasks such as the establishment of individual committees and their agenda, as well as direction and supervision of all conference procedures are handled by the Academic Contingent, including Committee Directors and their aides.
